I am a freelance photographer, with a broad range of skills across many photographic disciplines. Please browse my portfolio to see examples of my work, and feel free to get in touch to discuss any photographic needs.
Credentials
In a previous career, I worked in the arts, specializing in stained glass and other media while also taking on technical roles within the arts and glass industries. This background gave me a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, composition, and teamwork.
I then spent 22 years in the commercial heritage sector, primarily in London and the South East of England. For 15 of those years, I was the photographer for a major archaeological company, documenting excavation sites, artifacts, and structures for construction projects requiring heritage assessments. My role involved producing high-quality visual records to support written reports, monographs, and publications. Through precise imaging techniques, I helped preserve historical evidence and contribute to a deeper understanding of our shared heritage.
Since leaving heritage photography, I have been working to broaden my approach—developing a more spontaneous style and focusing increasingly on photographing people at work and play.
